About the Practice

Rehabilitation & Physical Medicine Specialists, PC (RPMS) offers patients expert care that extends from hospitals, to inpatient rehabilitation, to outpatient treatment. RPMS specializes in rehabilitation of neurologic and complex medical and surgical conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, MS, spinal cord injury, trauma, and workplace injuries.

Daniel Fechtner, MD

Daniel Fechtner is the most recent addition to the RPMS team. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) and is a board-certified physiatrist with diverse hospital experience. He also specializes in advanced spasticity management using botulinum toxins and intrathecal baclofen.

Previously, Dr. Fechtner was the founding residency program director at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital and served as Director of Stroke Services at Kessler Institute in New Jersey.
