JOIN ANSWER HEALTH

Membership decisions are typically reviewed by the Answer Health Board of Managers within 60 days of receipt of all documentation. Prior to the board review, staff will work with the provider or practice to ensure all paperwork is in-order for credentialing the prospective member. Once membership is approved, Answer Health works with our contracted payers to credential the new member with each specific plan. The payer contracting process can take up to 90 days.

Once a provider becomes a member, they are required to complete our abbreviated re-credentialing process every 2 years. This allows Answer Health to keep our internal records accurate in addition to providing updates directly to payers on behalf of our members.
