Answer Health Celebrates PCMH-Designated Practices
Answer Health is proud to recognize 48 of our primary care practices that have achieved patient-centered medical home (PCMH) designation by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan for 2022-2024.
Designated practices are those that have made significant steps in implementing PCMH capabilities and met targets for quality and utilization performance.
